your area of responsibility 

In Process Research and Chemical Engineering, you will be responsible for research and development work in the field of electrochemistry.
You will develop electrochemical processes and transfer them to production scale.
You will characterize and improve components and cells in the laboratory and pilot plant using electrochemical measurement methods and applying your chemical and materials science knowledge.
Your tasks will also include the evaluation of the applied analytical methods as well as the documentation and presentation of your research results.
An essential part of your work is the intensive cooperation with internal partners from R&D as well as external development partners.
In addition, you will also supervise international research cooperations.

What we expect

You have successfully completed your studies in chemistry, materials science or a comparable field of study with an above-average doctorate.
You have very good knowledge in the field of electrochemistry and preferably experience in the field of solid-state electrochemistry.
You have good general IT user knowledge and a good command of English.
Engineering knowledge is advantageous.
You like to bring creativity and initiative into your daily work, see yourself as a team player and are characterized by a strong ability to cooperate and communicate.
